5- Criteria displayed at a superior level. Indicates excellent overall use of element.
4- Criteria displayed at an above average level. Indicates use of element in such a manner as to enhance the paper.
3- Criteria displayed at a satisfactory level. Indicates use of element that meets the minimum standard.
2- Criteria displayed at a below average level. Indicates definite problems with the element that keep it from meeting the minimum standard.
1- Criteria very poorly displayed or not displayed at all. Indicates an element that strongly detracts from the paper.

       ·        Summarizes and interprets the main findings of the study.
       ·        Makes appropriate conclusions related to the research done

_____ 5. (15%)  Writing style and mechanics are appropriate and effective
        Descriptors:
       ·        Language displays proper grammar and punctuation.
       ·        Language is precise, clear and is not overly "wordy."
       ·        Proper voice and style is employed (e.g., passive vs. active voice)
       ·        Metric units of measurement are applied and, if applicable, species names are italicized or underlined
       ·        Double-spaced with 1” margins and page numbers

        Descriptors:
